UPSTROKE HYDRAULIC PRESSES
These are single or multidaylight presses with single actingcylinders and with hot platens used for rubber,laminations, plywood and allied industries
| Construction | is generally frame type made of window cut type, steel plate profiles.Piller type presses are also manufactured to suit specific requirements. |
| Platens | are either steam heated or electrically heated with strip heaters and temperature regulators. |
| Daylights | are as required. |
| Ram | made of steel rounds, ground finished and hard chrome plated. |
| Cylinder | is of steel with chevron seals and gun metal lined thruster rings. |
| Power Pack | The hydraulic power pack is dual pump(high & low pressure type) with relief and unloading valve, check valve, oil tank (without oil), oil level indicator, oil drainge plug, suction line filter, Directional control valve, Pressure gauge Pressure switch, Vertical flange mounted electric motor, Starter, Suitable bell housing, Pipe fittings complete. |

The above is only for reference. Presses for microcellular sheets have bigger diagrams without increasing the pressing capacity.
Presses of bigger dimensions with single or multi rams are also made for rubber,Plywood and other pressing needs.
