DOWN STROKE HYDRAULIC PRESSES
These are single daylight presses with usually double acting cylinders used for moulding, pressing, punching, rivetting, slotting, stamping, bending, blanking, crimping etc. ( Capacity 35 Tons to 3000 Tons).
| Construction | is generally frame type made of window cut type or I beam structure.Pillar type presses are also manufactured to suit specific requirements. |
| Platens | are made of C.I. or. steel fabricated with `T` slots for clamping. |
| Ram | made of steel rounds, ground finished and hard chrome plated. |
| Cylinder | is of steel or cast steel duly ground and honed. |
| Power Pack | The hydraulic power pack is dual pump(high & low pressure type) with relief and unloading valve, check valve, oil tank (without oil), oil level indicator, oil drainage plug, suction line filter, Directional control valve, Pressure gauge Pressure switch, Vertical flange mounted electric motor, Starter, Suitable bell housing, Pipe fittings complete. |
