CALANDAR MACHINE
Indimech Calander Machine Three Roll & Four Roll type can serve the purpose of skim coating, frictioning and sheeting a thin film of rubber suitable for rubberising textile rolls, surgical sheets etc. The Calander machine is fitted with chilled cast iron hollow rollers with steam heating and water cooling arrangements. The canadian type knife cutting assembly is mounted on the bottom rolls to get a perfect width of the sheets. The calander is driven by an electric motor A.C./ D.C. supply through suitable reduction gear box. The machine is of monoblock construction type, complete in all respects with gear guards, safety arrangements, gravity feed / forced feed lubricating system nip adjustment manual / motorised having following specification :
